Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday and customers will be emailed a tracking number once their order has shipped.
Returns
Please be aware of our strict 'no return' policy, and that we offer exchanges only. Our exchange policy extends to 10 days from the day of receipt. If it is beyond the 10 days send us an email to [email protected] and we will see if something can be worked out.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as when purchased, and must include the original packaging. To complete your exchange, please email [email protected] in advance to receive an authorized return number.
Once we receive and inspect the exchanged item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
